Carey Hart hopes to “bounce back quickly” after his spine surgery.
The motocross star – who is married to singer Pink and shares Jameson, four, and Willow, 10, together – underwent the first of two spine surgeries, after injuring himself over the years during of her career.
But Carey is ready to get back on a bike soon and has worked really hard for her recovery.
Giving fans an update on Instagram, he said: “The pain comes and goes, it’s not that great, it’s not great, but I’m hanging on, so I hope the next few days go by. will be fine, then two weeks from there last Thursday I do the same again.
“I hope I will bounce back as quickly as possible, if everything goes according to plan I will be 100% and back on the off-road bikes about two and a half months after my second operation ie in three months.”
Meanwhile, Carey recently revealed that her lower spine disc replacement surgery was successful.
The 46-year-old star recently wrote: “One down and one to go !!!!! Lower spine disc replacement was a success !!! Getting up and out of bed and walking, just a few hours after the operation. times since that. Special thanks to @discmd, Dr Bray who performed the operation and Layla who really made it all possible. The staff here are just amazing. Carey is also set to get back on his dirt bike next year.
He added in his post: “I can’t wait to come back stronger than ever and kick my ass on my off-road bike in 2022. And my son Jameson asked mum to bring this sloth to keep me company. to the hospital.”
