THOMPSONVILLE, MI – Fall weekends are packed with action at Crystal Mountain Resort. This month is no different, with a long list of outdoor activities on offer for the resort’s fall Saturdays. There are spa specials on the horizon too, and for mountain biking enthusiasts: a look at some new trails that won’t be officially open to crowds until 2022.
In our quest to shed some light on some fall adventures that will get people out there, here’s a look at what they have in the works for the next few weeks:
Fall fun Saturdays: Every Saturday in October, the resort offers many different activities that inspire people to enjoy their time outdoors. For specific hours and costs per person, check out the Crystal Mountain event website here. Chairlift rides are always a fall favorite, as is the resort’s winding alpine slide.
“Scenic chairlift rides are definitely one of the most popular fall activities we have here at Crystal Mountain,” said Recreation Director Jen Roberts. “People of all ages marvel at the top of the mountain as they gaze at miles of bright orange, scarlet and golden leaves that span three counties. It’s something that you really have to see in person.
