With 14 years of practice, Dr Vemuri is the founder and CEO of MiiSpine in Louisville, Kentucky. He founded his practice in 2021, with the goal of providing minimally invasive surgeries and a variety of other treatment methods at low cost.

He graduated from the University of the Midwestern Chicago of osteopathic medicine in 2002 with his doctorate in osteopathic medicine. He was chief resident during his final year of residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr Vemuri pursued advanced training in orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgery at from Louisville Norton Leatherman Spine Center through their Spine Fellowship program. In addition, as a classically trained cellist, he has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in cello performance.

As a highly qualified orthopedic surgeon, Dr Vemuri specialized in diseases of the spine. He is very interested in minimally invasive spine surgeries, which led him to create his own practice, MiiSpine. As founder and CEO, he leverages the value-driven care and consumerism of healthcare to deliver concierge medicine without the hefty price tag.
